Supply Chain operation

 Process and load sales orders accurately in the system/ERP

 Ensure correctness of item codes, quantities, pricing, discounts, and taxes

 Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution

 Prepare and maintain daily order loading, dispatch, and pending order reports

 Use MS Excel extensively for MIS, tracking, and reconciliation

 Resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely closures

 Follow company SOPs and operational timelines

 Maintain proper documentation related to orders and dispatch

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Graduate in any discipline (commerce preferred)

 1–3 years of experience in order processing / operations / sales coordination

 Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

 Experience working on ERP systems

 Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Added Advantage

 Working knowledge of Orion ERP and/or Oracle

 Experience in distribution or trading operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,942.13 per month
