Supply Field Executive

Job Summary

GoGetit Delivery LLC is looking for proactive and energetic Supply Field Executives to join our Supply Operations team. This is a field-based role responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and supporting riders and drivers across the UAE. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors, traveling to different locations, and engaging directly with delivery partners to ensure a smooth onboarding and activation process.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and recruit new riders and drivers through field activities, referrals, and direct outreach.

· Conduct rider and driver onboarding, including document collection, verification, and profile activation.

· Assist delivery partners with app installation, registration, and account setup.

· Conduct onboarding sessions and educate riders on company policies, SOPs, and operational processes.

· Follow up with newly onboarded riders and drivers until they become active on the platform.

· Visit designated locations across the UAE to support recruitment drives and operational requirements.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with riders and drivers to improve engagement and retention.

· Resolve onboarding and operational queries by coordinating with internal teams.

· Maintain accurate records of recruitment, onboarding, and activation activities.

· Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding and activation targets.

· Submit daily activity and progress reports to the Supply Operations team.

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience in rider/driver onboarding, fleet operations, logistics, recruitment, or field sales is preferred.

· Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License is preferred.

· Own motorcycle is preferred for efficient field travel.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and smartphone applications.

· Familiarity with UAE roads and locations is an added advantage.

· Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.

Requirements

· This is a field-based role requiring daily travel across different locations.

· Candidate must be willing to work in outdoor and field environments.

· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Immediate joiners will be given preference.
