Supply Finance Manager

Position: Supply Finance Manager
Location: Mauripur Factory, Karachi

HRSG, on behalf of one of its leading clients in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Supply Finance Manager to join their Finance team. The role will directly report to the Supply Finance Controller and will be pivotal in ensuring robust financial control, inventory management, and accurate reporting for supply operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard cost structures for quarterly forecasts, annual plans, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve gross margins and overall profitability.
• Ensure a strong financial control environment across the factory and supply chain.
• Oversee effective inventory management, stock validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate reporting of actuals and forecasts across supply chain functions with transparency.
• Prepare Factory Operation Statements (FOS), dashboards, and monthly reports.
• Manage cost control processes, including Direct Labour and BOM changes.
• Lead regional submissions of quarterly forecasts and annual planning.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely work-order closures.
• Collaborate with supply, warehouse, and procurement teams on cost optimization and waste management.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/Professional certifications preferred).
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Finance within an FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical, financial reporting, and business partnering skills.
• Proficiency in accounting/reporting software (JD Edwards, Hyperion, Fusion) and MS Office (Excel expertise essential).

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs240,000.00 per month
