What You'll Be Doing?

• Manage SAP PP master production scheduling and run MRP processes.
• Carry out weekly and monthly ordering processes with group companies and third-party production sites.
• Monitor production and shipments that are currently in transit.
• Identify service level issues, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Execute long-term planning cycles and analyze rough-cut capacity planning for overseas production locations.
• Execute weekly short-term planning cycles.
• Analyze the shortages of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods and align with production planning on production schedule.
• Optimize supply plans in line with customer needs, supplier capacities, and constraints in purchasing, production, and distribution processes.
• Deliver KPIs (such as Cover Days, Service Level, etc.) as agreed on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Collaborate with the Launch/Relaunch Planning team to ensure timely delivery of launch/relaunch products and reduce write-offs for relaunch products.
• Optimize inventory level by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D to reduce Over Stock and Non-Moving products.

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in demand, production or supply planning.
• Experience in an FMCG company is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of SAP PP is an asset.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Rational decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• An analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
