Support Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Support Analyst to join our team in the US night shift. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in call center operations, and the ability to provide software installation, troubleshooting, and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for US-based clients.
  • Provide first-level technical support, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Log and track customer issues in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Guide customers through product usage, best practices, and technical processes.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
