Support Communication and Coordination officer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Support & Communication Officer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between our employees, clients, and management while overseeing CCTV monitoring and incident reporting. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and confident in both written and verbal English communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV systems and promptly report any incidents.
  • Communicate with on‑duty employees, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Liaise with clients to understand and address their requirements.
  • Ensure employees submit reports on time and accurately document incidents.
  • Handle emergencies or incidents, generating clear and structured reports.
  • Apply escalation procedures for urgent matters.
  • Conduct professional telephonic and email communication in English.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in incident reporting or coordination roles is an asset.
  • Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
