Location: PCSIR Staff Society - College Road, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot company laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Perform minor repairs and hardware upgrades as needed.
- Manage networking setup and resolve connectivity issues.
- Provide on-site IT support to employees.
- Assist in IT-related procurement, vendor management, and negotiation.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of all IT assets.
- Liaise with external service providers for repair and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot office devices such as attendance machines, printers, and other peripherals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and IT policies.
- Knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware maintenance.
- Familiarity with market trends and local vendors for IT equipment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide recommendations for IT policy improvements and ensure implementation.
- Good communication skills to interact with team and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
