Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, scope of work, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical clarifications to ensure a complete understanding of client requirements.
• Select appropriate mechanical and electrical equipment (e.g., pumps, valves...).
• ⁠Coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• ⁠Develop technical and commercial tender submissions, including data sheets and compliance documents.
• ⁠Ensure all proposals are accurate, compliant, and submitted on schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) from a reputable university.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales support of Pumps, Valves, or related industrial equipment.
• Deep technical knowledge of engineering principles and the types and applications of pumps (centrifugal, well, positive displacement, etc.) and valves (gate, globe, ball, butterfly, etc.).
