Support Engineer (WordPress)

About the Role:
As a Support Engineer specializing in WordPress, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth customer experience. You’ll work both independently and alongside our development team to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, compatibility, and usability.
  • Assist users with E-commerce, LMS, memberships, Affiliate programs, gamification tools, and more.
  • Collaborate with the dev team on complex technical issues.
  • Track bugs and customer enhancement requests.
  • Maintain support case records and help build our knowledge base.
  • Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Achieve support KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with international clients and resolving their queries confidently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in a software development or technical support environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • A customer-first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
