FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a proactive and technically strong Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth system performance.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve database and data integration issues using SQL and ERP knowledge.

Troubleshoot data ingestion issues and perform network troubleshooting to ensure seamless data flow.

Support customers in leveraging analytics, dashboards, and workbench tools to manage shortages, inventory, and procurement tasks.

Analyze and resolve issues related to data synchronization, log analysis, and system integrations (AWS, Git, CI/CD).

Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer needs and drive continuous improvement.

Create and maintain clear documentation for internal teams and customers.

Contribute to standard work processes, ensuring consistency and best practices in customer support.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and share insights to enhance customer outcomes.

Use tools such as Jira, Gitlab, and Slack for cross-functional collaboration.

5+ years in a support engineering or technical customer support role, ideally in SaaS or supply chain environments.

Strong SQL skills and experience with ERP integrations.

Proficiency with AWS, Git, CI/CD, and familiarity with AI tools.

Experience troubleshooting data ingestion issues and performing network troubleshooting.

Experience writing and maintaining unit tests and ensuring code quality.

Excellent communication skills for documentation and customer interaction.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote, and team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with Jira and Gitlab is a plus.

ABAP development experience is a bonus.
