Support Operational Excellence Across the UAE – We’re Hiring an Operations & Administration Specialist!

Be part of the operational backbone behind large-scale, mission-critical engineering projects in the UAE. We’re hiring an Operations & Administration Specialist to support Otomatica’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination, administrative efficiency, and operational continuity across teams.

Otomatica is a leading technology company and Schneider Electric’s trusted regional partner, operating across Turkey, Cyprus, and the UAE. The company delivers intelligent and sustainable automation solutions in 7 countries, with strong expertise in data center monitoring and management systems, including BMS, PMS/SCADA, DCIM, and MMS.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage daily office operations and administrative processes in line with company procedures 
• Maintain accurate and well-organized office documentation, records, and filing systems 
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements 
• Support sales and finance teams with invoicing and commercial documentation processes 
• Provide operational support during employee onboarding and offboarding 
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and relevant government entities 
• Track and manage internal operational and administrative requirements 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in  Business Administration , Management, or a related field 
• Minimum  5 years of experience  in operations, administration, or office management 
• Currently residing in  Abu Dhabi  or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi 
• Proficiency in  English  (Arabic is an advantage) 
• Experience working within the  UAE / GCC  environment 
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills 
• Strong proficiency in  MS Excel  and working knowledge of other  MS Office  applications 

Preferred Profile

• Experience in engineering, project-based, or technical service companies 
• Ability to coordinate effectively with management, sales, and site-based teams 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
