Real Estate Call Centre Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Call Centre Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting property owners to secure property listings for sale and lease. This role focuses on generating inventory through cold calling, relationship building, and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact property owners using provided databases and leads
• Identify sellers and landlords interested in listing properties
• Present company services professionally and confidently
• Secure exclusive and non-exclusive property listings
• Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Maintain consistent communication with property owners
• Update CRM system accurately with call outcomes and property details
• Coordinate with sales/leasing agents for inspections and listings
• Collect complete property information (location, size, price, availability, photos)
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and listing targets
• Submit daily activity reports and provide market feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Previous experience in real estate call center or telemarketing (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Professional phone etiquette
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
• Understanding of real estate market, contracts, and documentation
