We are expanding our team and seeking a driven, professional, and client‑focused Real Estate Specialist to join our high‑performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and investment properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings, market research, and client consultations.
• Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer‑facing roles (UAE real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
