What You'll Do:
-
Familiar with software development processes and Agile approach.
-
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and connectivity problems, assist users with their queries, and manage support tickets.

Able to identify issues by using SQL queries and by interpret data.
-
Use monitoring tools to track system performance, identify issues and bottlenecks and provide feedback.
-
Continuously improve technical support processes to enhance customer satisfaction and software quality.
-
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and actively contribute to new developments.

Relay client feedback to the development and product teams.
-
Provide training and support to users on new software releases, preparing and updating user manuals.
What We're Looking For:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
-
2+ years of experience in a technical support or software helpdesk role.
-
Familiarity with ticket management systems like Atlassian JIRA.
-
Experience with
MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Ability to write database queries and verify data accuracy.
-
Familiarity with monitoring tools
(Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus).
-
Knowledge of operation systems
(Windows, Linux) and system security.
-
Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Experience in CI/CD processes.
-
Debugging skills to identify and resolve software issues (preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work well in teams, sharing views clearly and collaborating with other departments.
