Support Technician

Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled Support Technician to join our team for a long-term project supporting our ePlus customer. The ideal candidate will have experience with break/fix, imaging, and configurations, as well as technical expertise in areas such as asset tagging. Experience repairing client equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities will include:

• Updating break/fix tickets and providing technical support
• Imaging and configuring equipment
• Asset tagging and management
• Working collaboratively with the ePlus team

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from the office
• Availability to work 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday
• Technical experience with imaging, configuration, and asset management
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• HP Repair is a plus
