Job Summary
To work with management and be responsible for compliance and quality within the Operation Department. Responsible for compliance standards and risks associated with non-compliance. Ensure that management are kept up to date with any compliance issues or non-conformities and the implications of these on the department.
Basic Job Duties
1. Overseeing the timely and effective end-to-end compliance and auditing of all Service User Progress reports (SUPR)
2. Ensuring that accurate records are maintained according to Standards to ensure efficiency in the business.
3. Implementing and enforcing quality management and improvement systems.
4. Ensuring daily audits for SUPRs and other Operational KPIs.
5. Maintaining effective and accurate control of Work Trackers and updated eOps.
6. Supporting the management team in achieving excellent CQC inspections.
7. Overseeing the processing of SUPRS.
8. Raising the MAL Actions for each manager.
9. Monthly Analysis of SUPRs and finding out the repeat Offenders.
10. Promoting a continual improvement culture at all times.
11. Keeping abreast and up to date with law, best practice and company policies and ensuring that this is effectively communicated to the management and staff teams.
In addition to specific responsibilities, the role will also be responsible for ensuring:
1. Full compliance with company’s vision, values, policies and procedures
2. The maintenance of confidentiality of all information unless otherwise permitted by management
3. Compliance with legislation and GSCC Code of Conduct as reflected in company procedures
4. Undergo training and professional development as directed by the company
5. Work in a manner that promotes team work and a collegial environment
6. Active and positive promotion of the company’s image and brand
7. Other duties that may be assigned by management
Previous experience
1. Good understanding of the company compliance and audit process and procedures
2. Maintaining strong and up to date knowledge of CQC requirements and UK legislation
3. Understanding of systems to maintain confidentiality in relation to client, staff and the business.
4. Experience of maintaining compliance/audits, preferably from within a social care background
5. Ideally someone with experience of managing/supervising the work of others, with effective delegation skills/experience
6. Ability to plan and organise workloads effectively in order to meet compliance deadlines and targets
7. Good administrative skills and computer literacy on MS Office
Education
Graduate calibre, preferably with a Management/Compliance qualification

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong negotiation and relationship building skills and effective delegation of tasks
3. Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures
4. A team player, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve required outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
