Locations: Snoqualmie, North Bend, and Sammamish (in-person role, work location varies)
Pay: $25–$31/hour, depending on experience and skills

About the Role
Arbor Eyecare is looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented team player to coordinate cataract surgery and support our growing specialty programs — including IPL, myopia management, and specialty contact lenses.

This unique role blends patient education and counseling with scheduling, insurance, and billing coordination. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, streamlining systems, and finding better ways to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cataract and MIGS surgeries, including patient communication, paperwork, and insurance.
• Manage IPL, myopia, and specialty contact lens scheduling and patient follow-up.
• Discuss costs and payment options with patients; collect payments and assist with financial aspects.
• Track cases, payments, and follow-ups using organized spreadsheets or dashboards.
• Collaborate with all departments.
• Train and support other team members in scheduling, education, and payment processes to build redundancy and team capacity.
• Use tools like Teams, SignNow, Weave, Carecredit and scheduling software to stay efficient and connected.

• 2+ years’ experience in ophthalmology, optometry, or a medical office preferred.
• Must be available to work onsite at all Arbor locations.
