Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct topographic and boundary surveys for project sites.

· Set out control points, benchmarks, and site levels for cutting and filling operations.

· Interpret engineering drawings and construction plans related to earthworks.

· Monitor and guide excavation and backfilling operations to ensure alignment with design levels and grades.

· Use GPS, Total Station, and other surveying equipment to capture accurate measurements and data.

· Prepare daily survey reports, field sketches, and volume calculations.

· Collaborate with project engineers, site supervisors, and equipment operators to ensure smooth and accurate execution.

· Verify as-built conditions and provide necessary updates to project documentation.

· Maintain a complete and up-to-date record of all survey data and reports.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in surveying engineering.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying for earthworks (cutting and filling) in infrastructure projects.

· Experience in using survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related software.

· Preparation of longitudinal profiles, generation of cross-sections, and computation of executed earthwork quantities.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software.

· Strong understanding of earthwork procedures, grading, and volume calculations.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Valid driving license preferred.
