What You’ll Do
Lead a survey crew in layout tasks (staking, trench alignment, roads, benchmarks)
Set up, operate, and maintain survey equipment (GPS, total stations, levels)
Interpret plans/drawings and perform accurate field measurements
Coordinate daily layout activities with site teams and leadership
Capture, document, and report survey data; identify and communicate field issues
Follow safety standards, maintain records, and comply with company policies
What You Bring
Proficiency in GPS, total stations, and reading construction/site layout drawings
Strong communication, teamwork, and digital data/documentation skills
Knowledge of safety standards in civil or solar construction environments
3+ years of survey layout experience (lead/crew chief and solar experience preferred)
High school diploma/GED and valid driver’s license required
Ability to meet physical demands of fieldwork and travel as needed
