Survey Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Survey Manager to lead and manage land and construction surveying projects across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will oversee survey teams, ensure project accuracy, maintain timelines, and coordinate with engineering and construction departments to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute surveying projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and supervise Chief surveyor, survey engineers, Planning engineer, land surveyors, and field teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site engineers.
• Ensure accurate data collection using Total Station, GPS, GIS, and other survey instruments.
• Review and validate survey reports, drawings, and calculations.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site surveying challenges.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of surveying experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Level).
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
