Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Survey Manager to oversee door-to-door ownership verification activities within the assigned district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire survey process, including team hiring, supervision, data reporting, and coordination with the head office to ensure timely and accurate outputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field operations, surveys, or data collection projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.(
• Recruit and manage Tehsil-level surveyors, ensuring adequate coverage and performance monitoring.)

Salary: 100K-200K
