Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, topographical, and construction site surveys using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
• Establish control points and benchmarks at the site for accurate project execution.
• Prepare survey drawings, maps, and site layouts based on field measurements.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
• Assist in preparing alignment, leveling, and layout work for roads, buildings, bridges, and other civil structures.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide survey-related support.
• Maintain records of survey data, field notes, and measurement logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during site activities.
• Perform re-surveys and checks to resolve discrepancies during construction.
• Provide setting out work for excavation, foundations, columns, beams, and other structural elements.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in surveying.
• Proficiency in survey equipment and software (Sokkia TS, dumpy levels, AutoCAD).
• Working knowledge of ECAD software for preparation and interpretation of engineering drawings and layouts.
• Knowledge of cutting and filling levels and road slope maintenance.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
