Surveyor – Construction Sites

Key Responsibilities: Conduct land and construction site surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying instruments. Prepare accurate site layout and staking based on architectural and engineering drawings. Verify and record precise measurements for construction planning and execution. Assist in the preparation of site drawings, topographic maps, and boundary lines. Ensure that all surveying work is compliant with local regulations and company standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to provide reliable data. Monitor and report any discrepancies between the design and actual site conditions. Maintain surveying equipment and ensure proper calibration and usage. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Surveyor in the construction industry. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Proficiency in surveying instruments (e.g., Total Station, Auto Level, GPS). Strong understanding of construction drawings and site layouts. Familiarity with CAD software and survey data processing tools is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work on various construction sites across Karachi.
