Surveyor (GNSS RTK/ DGPS)

Balochistan GIS-Based Land Record Digitization Project

CG Consultants invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Surveyor (GNSS RTK / DGPS) to support the Balochistan GIS-Based Land Record Digitization Project. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting high-precision GNSS surveys to establish accurate geospatial control for land record digitization and GIS mapping activities.

Duty Station

Various districts of Balochistan (Extensive fieldwork required)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-accuracy GNSS RTK surveys using DGPS technology.
• Establish, observe, and verify Ground Control Points (GCPs) and survey monuments.
• Perform cadastral, topographic, and geodetic surveys for land record digitization.
• Collect, process, and validate field survey data with high positional accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, surveying standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Coordinate with GIS specialists, project engineers, and field teams.
• Prepare survey reports, field notes, coordinate sheets, and technical documentation.
• Operate and maintain GNSS RTK receivers, base stations, controllers, and other survey equipment.
• Work efficiently in remote and challenging terrain across Balochistan while adhering to safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, GIS, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in GNSS RTK/DGPS surveying.
• Hands-on experience with dual-frequency or multi-frequency GNSS receivers.
• Strong understanding of coordinate systems, datums, projections, and geodetic control.
• Experience in cadastral and land surveying will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to travel extensively and work in remote project locations throughout Balochistan.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Total Station and Digital Level surveys.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, or similar GIS software.
• Experience with GNSS data processing software (Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, Carlson Survey, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with CORS networks and GNSS post-processing techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
