Sustainable Procurement Manager - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will support and drive decarbonization initiatives across the project, ensuring full alignment with national climate targets and the sustainability goals of KSIADC and PIF. They will develop decarbonization strategies, model and track carbon reduction pathways, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement decarbonization strategies in line with KSIADC, PIF, and national climate commitments.
• Track and monitor project-level greenhouse gas emissions and carbon reduction performance.
• Conduct carbon accounting across Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
• Model and forecast carbon reduction pathways and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Integrate carbon reduction requirements into project planning, procurement, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with global standards such as the GHG Protocol and national sustainability mandates.
• Collaborate with engineering, sustainability, and procurement teams to embed decarbonization measures across all project phases.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong expertise in carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and decarbonization strategies.
• Experience working with national or organizational climate targets.
• Proven analytical and data management skills with the ability to model and track carbon reduction pathways.
• Familiarity with international frameworks such as the GHG Protocol, SBTi, or similar.
• Middle East experience is mandatory.
