Key Responsibilities

* Support the Vice President of Sustainability and Technical Services in implementing group-wide ESG and sustainability initiatives.
* Monitor and report sustainability performance metrics, including energy consumption, emissions, and waste management.
* Assist in preparing internal and external ESG and sustainability reports, including the annual sustainability report and award submissions.
* Contribute to achieving green building certifications such as LEED and WELL by supporting project documentation and coordination.
* Conduct research and benchmarking to identify sustainability best practices and align with industry standards.
* Collect and analyze sustainability data, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of KPIs across departments.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to advance sustainability goals.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 0 1 year of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related functions within corporate or consultancy environments.
* Foundational understanding of sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and green building practices.
* LEED, WELL, or equivalent sustainability certification is preferred.
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Passionate about sustainability and proactive in driving meaningful environmental and social impact initiatives.
