Roles and Responsibilities:
- Shall be responsible for stakeholder engagement and satisfaction (internal and external), project delivery performance, QA/QC, timely invoicing, team leadership/mentorship, and BD/contract support;
- Shall be responsible for implementing the Individual roles and responsibilities matrix issued by the Head of Department;
- Shall be responsible for project governance and reporting to the Sustainability HoD, including communication plans, reporting cadence, and monthly progress reporting in the agreed format;
- Shall be responsible for stakeholder mapping and management across assigned projects and accounts;
- Shall be responsible for establishing and managing project meeting schedules and coordination cadence with consultants and internal teams;
- Shall be responsible for delivery controls across assigned projects, including programme milestone adherence, timely deliverables, and closure of review comments within agreed timeframes;
- Shall be responsible for QA/QC execution, including internal technical reviews prior to client issue, document control compliance, and use of approved templates, tools and checklists;
- Shall be responsible for commercial discipline, including fee burn tracking, scope/change control support, and early warning/escalation of commercial risk to the HoD;
- Shall be responsible for risk and issue management, including early identification, escalation, and tracking of mitigation actions to closure;
- Shall be responsible for client relationship management, including structured feedback capture and actioning improvement items;
- Shall be responsible for day-to-day delivery coordination with the Senior Operations Manager, including planning, priorities, resourcing requests and task tracking;
- Shall be responsible for technical oversight of sustainability deliverables, including (as applicable) certification strategies, carbon and life-cycle deliverables, climate resilience inputs, and aligned sustainability narratives;
- Shall be responsible for team capability development, including technical guidance, training, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing as directed by the HoD.
HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:
- The Managing HoD’s HSE role is to support ensure all Employees are aware of the Company’s HSE Policy.
- Responsibility: As defined in IMS_01, Clase 5.5.1 “Responsibility and Authority”
- Accountability: Accountable for ensuring the right resources are allocated for the proper implementation and functioning of the Company’s Integrated Management System.
Skills:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technically related discipline (Environmental, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture) plus MBA or equivalent professional experience;
- LEED AP and/or equivalent senior accreditation (e.g., BREEAM AP, WELL AP, Estidama PQP, MOSTADAM AP) aligned to service delivery;
- 10–15 years of industry experience (technical consulting, not necessarily in sustainability);
- Advanced knowledge of current sustainability standards: LEED, BREEAM, MOSTADAM, QSAS, or Estidama;
- GCC experience;
- Excellent written and spoken English (ability to understand contract language);
- Passport that allows travel within the GCC and European Union without restrictions;
- Knowledge of current sustainability standards: LEED, BREEAM, Green Star, QSAS, or Estidama;
- Proven experience leading and motivating teams, with strong facilitation, team building and collaboration skills;
- Advanced presentation and communication skills (clear, concise and effective);
- Experience in new business development and proposal support;
- Understanding of and experience with finance/accounting;
- Understanding of branding and marketing;
- High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work with clients, consultants and other stakeholders;
- Demonstrated capability in delivery planning and tracking (programme, risks, actions, issues, deliverable registers) and QA/QC technical review processes for consultant deliverables
