Job Title: Sweeper Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Sweeper Supervisor is responsible for supervising the cleaning staff (sweepers), organizing their daily tasks, and ensuring cleanliness throughout all areas of the organization or company. The supervisor ensures that all cleaning tasks are completed on time, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the attendance, duty schedule, and daily activities of the cleaning staff

Ensure proper cleaning of all assigned areas including sweeping, mopping, washroom maintenance, and waste disposal

Check the availability of cleaning supplies (cleaning chemicals, brooms, mops, etc.) and prepare requisitions when needed

Train new sweepers and ensure they work according to cleaning standards

Report any maintenance issues, water leakage, or cleaning-related problems to management promptly

Supervise work according to the company’s health and safety guidelines

Prepare daily or weekly reports and submit them to the manager

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum matriculation or equivalent education (preferred)

Experience in cleaning operations and team management

Good communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
