House Keeping Supervisor

Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Raja Travels, Faisal Movers – Islamabad
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
Shift: 12 Hours (Full-time)

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and manage all housekeeping activities at the terminal and staff accommodations. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and order across facilities while supervising the housekeeping team and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily cleaning duties.
• Ensure terminal areas, offices, and staff accommodations are clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor housekeeping material usage and request replenishments as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, cleaning schedules, and supplies.
• Report maintenance or repair needs (plumbing, electrical, etc.) to the concerned department.
• Ensure discipline, proper behavior, and performance among housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with administration and HR for manpower or facility-related needs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (Intermediate acceptable with experience).
• Experience: 1–3 years in housekeeping or facility supervision.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Personal Traits: Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
• Work Type: Full-time (12-hour shift, on-site).
