Swimming Pool Draftsman cum Estimator

Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Draftsman cum Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, layout plans, and accurate cost estimates for various swimming pool projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans for swimming pools and related systems.
• Review project specifications, site conditions, and client requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and suppliers for technical details.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards and local regulations.
• Revise drawings based on comments, feedback, or site variations.
• Assist in preparing proposals and technical submissions.
• Conduct site measurements when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a draftsman/estimator, preferably in swimming pools or MEP.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp, or other CAD tools a plus)
• Strong knowledge of pool construction, finishes, plumbing layouts, and filtration systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
