System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. This role is best suited for a technically proficient professional with strong communication abilities, particularly in supporting UK-based clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Windows environments, cloud platforms, hosting infrastructure, and client-facing IT support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
• Administer and maintain Plesk and DigitalOcean hosting platforms
• Handle DNS management, domain configurations, networking, and Cloudflare setup
• Manage WordPress websites, including plugin updates, security hardening, and performance optimization
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint
• Provide professional customer support in English to international (UK-based) clients
• Perform general IT administration, troubleshooting, and proactive system monitoring
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security policies
• Execute backups, disaster recovery planning, and server migrations
• Monitor server performance and optimize infrastructure resources
• Support cloud services and SaaS platform integrations
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and IT asset inventory
• Collaborate with internal teams for deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure updates

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system administration
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Fluent English communication skills (Speaking and Listening)
• Experience handling international clients is required
• Willing to work according to UK business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior international client handling experience
• Previous exposure to customer support or client-facing technical roles
• Strong documentation and process management skills
• Experience working in MSP or managed hosting environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
