System Administrator MAC Systems

Education & Experience

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in system administration, specifically managing Mac systems in an enterprise environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Jamf 200 (Certified Associate).
• Jamf 300 (Certified Admin).
• ACiT (Apple Certified IT Professional).

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Jamf Pro administration, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and Mac system management.
• Knowledge of MacOS deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in an enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP), Volume Purchase Program (VPP), and mobile device management (MDM).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Hands-on experience with automation tools and practices for managing Mac systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes.

Certifications

• ITIL certification v4 preferred.

Security Clearance

• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
