MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, implement, and maintain secure, high-performing IT infrastructure systems to ensure reliability and business continuity

Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in production environments

Administer and optimize enterprise platforms, including Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, and storage systems

Lead implementation and upgrade projects for new technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Monitor and analyze system performance to identify risks and proactively address security or performance issues

Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and incident resolutions
-
Support disaster recovery and backup planning to ensure business resilience

Mentor junior system administrators and provide technical guidance

Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable, efficient, and compliant infrastructure solutions
Requirements
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

ITIL certification preferred

Expertise in:
- SCCM / MSCM, SCOM (design, implementation, troubleshooting)
- Active Directory (DS, CS, FS, DNS, GPO, replication, etc.)
- Exchange configuration and management
- VMware ESXi, NSX-T, AirWatch / Workspace ONE
- EMC (PowerMax, Data Domain, Networker) and NetApp (ONTAP, SnapMirror, SnapVault, etc.) storage systems

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail

Effective communication and collaboration across technical teams
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

4-7 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure management
