System and Network Administrator

• OS & Software installation (Windows, Linux, Apple, Office, visual Studio, SQL, Active Directory)
• Hardware Installation (computer work stations, Servers, printers, Storage)
• IP Telephone (IPPABX, IP-Phone, Softphone)
• CCTV (NVR, IP Cameras)
• Controlled Wireless Access (Ubquiti, TP-Link)
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
• Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security (Mikrotik, Cisco, PF-Sense)
• Setting up controlled VPN access
• Vistualization (VMWare VSphere)
• Recovery & Backup Plan (SQL, FTP, Veam, Backup script)
• Developing and maintaining all of the comprehensive paperwork associated with the implemented network
• Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
• Developing proposals and helping to finalize opportunities that smoothe operation & reduced expenses
• Making sure all IT meets industry standards
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
• Ensure IT Policies
• Ownership & Prompt response
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs
• Arranging scheduled upgrades (OS, Firmware, Anti Virus)
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders
• Responding to user support requests
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
• Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link
• Troubleshooting Network, hardware and software issues
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
• Help create technical documentation and manuals
• Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Conduct remote troubleshooting
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests
• Monitoring of network logs, activity & bandwidth
• Procuring equipment and managing subcontractors

PAY : 50,000 PKR - 80,000 PKR per month
