System and Network Administrator

IBSTEC is currently seeking a skilled and motivated System and Network Administrator to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in IT systems management, particularly in VoIP technologies, and a passion for optimizing network infrastructure, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement VoIP networks, including hardware and software selection.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate VoIP systems with existing network infrastructure.
• Manage and support VoIP solutions, including FreePBX, Elastix, and ViciDial.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Ensure the security of IT infrastructure, protecting against unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
• Monitor network performance, ensuring system availability and reliability.
• Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment, software, and licenses.
• Plan and execute routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and outages.
• Regularly evaluate IT systems to meet organizational demands.
• Implement and manage Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to ensure secure remote access.
• Understand and manage routing and switching protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's preferably in IT or Computer Science or any other relevant field.
• Familiarity with tools like Iccabi, Cordic, Cab9, VipVoIP, Avaya phones, Cisco phones, Yealink phones, WebRTC, Zoiper, and Eyebeam is a plus

Salary: PKR 60,000 to 100,000
