🎯You Will Be a Perfect Match If You Have;

• Bachelor's degree from related fields,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in user support, system administration and Microsoft technologies,
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Intune,
• Creative thinking, able to identify long-term opportunities and trends,
• Team player with problem-solving and negotiation skills,
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

📌Main Responsibilities:

• Resolving hardware and software issues on end users' computers.
• Providing support for resolving user issues and infrastructure problems.
• Regularly monitoring virtualization platforms, storage systems, and backup reports.
• Maintaining and organizing records of all hardware and software information within the organization.
• Actively participating in efforts to align Information Systems projects with security standards and operational objectives.
• Following the developments in information systems technologies and working on potential improvements or changes.
