The Role:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented System Design Engineer to lead the design and development of our high-pressure plunger pump systems. This critical role involves creating innovative, reliable, and cost-effective designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to reality. Reporting to the Head of R&D, you will be instrumental in driving product excellence and ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design: Develop and establish efficient and effective GA drawings Preparation making process as well as ensure in time submission of 3D GA drawing to Prospects & Customers.

· Technical Analysis: Produce detail engineering and assembly drawings for manufacturing, testing and verification and conformance of design outputs which can balance all customer satisfaction parameters. (CSP)

· Documentation: Establish, implement, maintain and update records of design process in accordance with sound design practices and ISO requirements and a database for the CAD design documentation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration from design to manufacturing.
• Project Management: Establish and continually improve an effective and efficient Item entry, BOM creation and routing creation procedure, which in turn help drawing engineers to release BOM, Maximum within 3 days from the date of receipt of sales order. Ensure timely project completion by maintaining strict adherence to design schedules and budgets.
• Innovation: Lead R&D initiatives to enhance system efficiency, reduce costs, and introduce new features.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Creative Designing: System design must be universally accepted by meeting quality standard within competitive cost.

• Technical Domain Expertise: Candidate must have knowledge of Fabrication of base frame, Skid and basic fundamental of mechanical assembly including welding, all type of channels, Basic manufacturing process and Piping design.
• Design Software: High proficiency in Solid works, AutoCAD.

· Commercial Awareness:Candidate must have commercial knowledge about material costing, Price trend in market, Resource cost to calculate system costing and provide correct feedback to customers.

• Time Management: In time delivery with Quality is our essential need, therefore time management skill plays important role.
• Technical Document Preparation: Candidate must have an experience to prepare technical documents like Instruction manual, technical training materials, Maintenance manual, Product Catalogue & TDS of the product etc. Also documentation related to tender of government or private companies.
• Critical Thinking: Candidate must be able to make decisions based on what's best for the company, what is effective, and what will save all parties financially (Win-Win situation).
• Communication:Candidate need to pitch his solutions on why they are the best and worth the additional cost in the short term to the company by doing right communication.
• Listening:Listen to the problems of employees/other Dept. within the company and brainstorm solutions with them.
• Ability to meet deadlines: Candidate often work under tight deadlines and need to maintain a sense of calm under pressure situations.

What Makes You Our Perfect Match?

Experience:

• 2 plus years of experience in system design, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD CATIA, or similar).

· Hands-on experience Oil and Gas Industry / High Pressure Equipment Manufacturer / Rotating Machine Manufacturer / Automobile sector

Qualification:

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.

Technology & Tools:

• Proficiency in Solidwork, CAD and simulation tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
