Job Responsibilities

-To deploy, install and support all midrange to enterprise level technologies i.e., Server, Storage, Backup, Virtualization Solution etc.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and timely resolution
-Timely escalations & principal engagement
-Maintain efficient reporting and ensuring customer satisfaction
-Design unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and management
-To attend technology sessions & technical trainings i.e., DellEM, Cisco, VMware, IBM, etc
-Maintain professional certification in respective technologies/products
-To participate/attend in-house labs/tech sessions with team
-Report customer feedback and potential product requests
-To maintain disciplined, honest behavior and follow standard work

Requirements:

-Graduate preferable in computer science
-5-6 years of relevant experience
-Proven certifications, technology certification, technology accreditations
-Can administer different platforms like Windows and Linux
-Preference will be given who have hands on experience in deployment or administrating enterprise class Server, Storage, Backup & Recovery appliance
-Hands on experience of Vmware, HCI and Backup Recovery tools
