Job Title: System Engineer- Functional (L2)

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a System Engineer – Functional (L2) to join our support team. In this role, you will investigate and resolve complex technical issues, support data-related queries using SQL, and collaborate with various teams to ensure product stability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve issues escalated from L1 support.
• Investigate application and database problems.
• Write and validate SQL queries for data correction or analysis.
• Communicate with customers to gather more details when needed.
• Coordinate with IT to obtain database backups and simulate issues.
• Escalate bugs to the development team with clear documentation.
• Propose and support long-term solutions to improve system stability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL and database operations.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good team collaboration and communication.
• Understanding of business processes or domains.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
