WE’RE HIRING – System Executive

Location: PCMC, Pune (Logistics Sector)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Executive to support

our logistics operations. The role involves managing system operations, ensuring

data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and providing IT-related support to ensure

smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day system operations and ensure seamless functionality.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve system-related challenges quickly.

• Maintain and update system-related documentation and user records.

• Ensure data security, backups, and smooth accessibility for business teams.

• Support the logistics and accounts team in system-based processes and

reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B. Com / Any Graduate with relevant experience (IT/System

background preferred).

• 1–5 years of experience in system administration or IT support (Logistics sector

experience preferred).

• Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and troubleshooting methods.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
