About the role:

As a System Operations Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of FMCG campaigns and projects, from inception to execution. This includes managing client offers and campaigns, as well as maintaining a seamless onboarding process for clients and partners. Effective communication with internal teams is essential for successful campaign follow-ups. Additionally, active participation in both internal and external meetings is required, along with data validation and insertion tasks. The position also entails the preparation of presentations for internal meetings and the creation of various entities such as merchants, branches, SIMs, and users.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Launching, managing, and monitoring FMCGs campaigns and projects.
  • Managing offers and campaigns for the clients.
  • Adding clients and partners to our systems and creating their access.
  • Communicating with internal teams to follow up on campaigns.
  • Attending and participating in internal UATs meetings and external ones.
  • Validating and inserting new data on the database.
  • Preparing presentations for internal meetings.
  • Creating merchants, branches, SIMs, and users.

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Competency in Excel and Microsoft applications.
  • Familiarity with back-office operations in telecom or banking industries.
  • Knowledge of various systems and a high proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education & Experience:

  • Possession of a Business Bachelor's degree or a related field.
  • 2-4 Years of Experience.
