System Support Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced System Support Engineer to lead and oversee all technology operations in our hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and driving the digital transformation of our healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of hospital IT systems, including EMR/EHR platforms.
• Ensure data privacy, system integrity, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Manage IT staff, vendors, and service contracts.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement upgrades and recommend new technologies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Support departments in digital tools and systems adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Maximum 3 to 4 years of IT management experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS), EMR/EHR software, and healthcare data regulations (HIPAA/HL7 etc.).
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
