System Support Engineer (Internship)

Viper Group is looking for System Support & Service Engineer Intern who will be responsible for handling day to day tasks related to Desktop, network and other office equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Engineer will be handling the tasks on Viper's behalf at customer premises or its various offices.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email, or chat, maintaining customer records in a ticketing system, escalating complex problems, and contributing to a knowledge base. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills are essential for this role, as is a good understanding of operating systems, networking, and various hardware and software.
• Good speaking and writing skills in English
• Rs. 5,000 stipend along with initial training for 3 months
