Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls)
• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support for internal users
• Maintain system security, backups, and disaster recovery processes
• Manage Active Directory, user access, and permissions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Support cloud services (Microsoft Azure / AWS basics preferred)
• Document IT procedures and infrastructure updates
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on system improvements

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to Have

• Linux server experience
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+)
• Experience with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell)

• Standard business hours with occasional on-call support
