QUALIFICATIONS

Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. While a degree in technology is preferred, we accept applicable certificates and/or experience as an alternative for this position. A minimum of two years related experience in the following areas is required:

  • Computer hardware and peripherals, such as printers, scanners, webcams.
  • Software applications, specifically: Windows operating system, Office Suite, and managed anti-virus products.
  • Windows Active Directory
  • Local area networks (including wireless).

Additional required qualifications are:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Efficient end-user/first level system troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thoroughly document processes/procedures which will be used by team members and other employees.
  • Aptitude for providing excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to determine end user needs in order to make recommendations for new or improved systems and products.
  • Desire to stay up to date with the current technology trends.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Background check.

Experience in a banking environment is preferred.
