What would make us even more successful? You XL.net is looking for experienced Systems Analysts to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m CST. This role will require travel as needed to client sites for onsite onboardings, monthly alignment reviews, and quarterly planning.

Outstanding listening and communication skills are a must, for it is imperative that our potential clients get the best service we have to offer. Navigating challenging situations in a professional manner, while articulating confident solutions to our customers’ concerns and needs will make you successful in this role.

Individual Responsibilities

  • Conducting detailed analysis of onsite client visits to reduce "noise" and lower ticket volumes.
  • Demonstrating innovative thinking while staying focused on objectives.
  • Helping with onboarding events for new customers and the documentation processes.
  • Efficiently managing client schedules and tasks simultaneously with onsite travel.
  • Delivering exceptional service to delight customers.
  • Exhibiting a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Effectively managing customer expectations.
  • Promptly responding to customer support requests via email, phone, and chat.
  • Utilizing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to consistently surpass our competitors as the leading IT service organization in the Chicagoland area.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Proactively completing technical GAP questions to identify potential issues within client environments and enhance their technical capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree completed in a computer technology related program
  • 4 - 5 years’ experience providing support to end users and IT infrastructure
  • Network +, Security +, VMware & Microsoft certifications
  • High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnetting, etc.) and remote access technologies (VPN, terminal services, etc.)
  • Experience and familiarity with the following: Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Window desktop and server systems as well as Active Directory
  • Strong verbal, written, telephone and customer service skills
  • Understanding of IT best practices
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Desire to continually learn new technologies and improve skill set
  • Assertiveness in pursuing resolutions to issues
  • Must have strong problem solving and organization skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple work items at one time with a high sense of urgency
  • Vendor management (email, hosting, DNS)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Authorization to work in the United States
