Position Summary
We are seeking a full‑time Systems Engineer to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments while resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee development and maintenance of systems
- Analyze and make recommendations regarding technical direction by identifying client needs
- Translate between clients’ needs and the actual applications
- Ensure system security standards are implemented
- Windows Server deployment
- M365 support and deployment
- Oversee maintenance of backup solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience working in an information technology setting (MSP experience preferred)
- Proven experience of Microsoft Windows Server, including SQL Server
- Proven experience with working in a virtualization environment. (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure)
- Disaster recovery experience and strong understanding of security, threat detection, prevention and remediation
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and initiatives
- Ability to seek supplementary knowledge and understanding of systems support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues outside of your knowledgebase
- Demonstrate problem solving strategies and practical knowledge
- Ability to work effectively with clients
- Proficient in IT security
- Proficient in backup technologies and concepts surrounding backups including replication
- Experience working with and managing a workload which is distributed across multiple teams and departments
- M365 experience, including migration, setup, and management

- Ability to work independently while taking responsibility for own initiatives
