Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tableau & Alteryx Administrator with 5+ years of expertise to manage, maintain, and optimize our BI and analytics platforms. The role requires strong technical skills in Tableau Server/Online and Alteryx Server, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and secure access while supporting business users and analysts with their reporting, workflow, and automation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Tableau Server/Online and Alteryx Server environments.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security for Tableau and Alteryx.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows/dashboards.
• Schedule, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards, data extracts, and Alteryx workflows.
• Ensure seamless integration between Tableau, Alteryx, and enterprise data sources.
• Implement governance, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Track license usage and perform capacity planning for both platforms.
• Collaborate with BI developers, analysts, and data engineers to support business needs.
• Provide user support, training, and best practices for Tableau and Alteryx adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Administrator and/or Alteryx Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau architecture, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Experience managing Alteryx Server (workflow scheduling, monitoring, and optimization).
• Proficiency in SQL and database connectivity.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, authentication (Active Directory, SSO), and security models.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
