Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for global positions across multiple functions and regions.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, including headhunting, social media, job portals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment process, including offer management, onboarding, and compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Ajmal as an employer of choice globally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment with exposure to global hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of international recruitment practices and labor laws.
  • Experience hiring across various functions, levels, and geographies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS, recruitment tools, and data-driven hiring strategies.
