Main Responsabilities

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Lead all phases of the recruitment process, including stakeholder engagement and recruitment kick off, job posting, candidate

sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management and background checks, ensuring adequate communication and feedback to

all relevant actors through the process stages.

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the entirety of the process.
  • Work closely with the TA team and relevant HR BPs to ensure the attraction of top candidates to meet business needs.
  • Administer talent pools, pipelines, and targeted ensuring the consistency and timely processing of candidates.
  • Perform first level screenings and advanced interviews focusing on skills and competency assessment and produce summaries for

the shortlist submission.

  • Look to attract diverse talent pools, ensuring a competitive edge in the talent market.
  • Show a forward-thinking perspective with talent identification and potential, looking to proactively source for missing skills in the

organisation.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  • Keep data accountability in mind and ensure the work done and that of the team stay as close as possible to the level of data

accuracy required.

  • Be expected to thoroughly manage your portfolio, candidates and pipelines using the Alstom Recruitment tool, to ensure data

accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Make best use of other Talent Acquisition specific tools as per the need.
  • When required, Perform as a connecting bridge between our business and external solutions providers, ensuring the best cost &

quality standards per service.

  • Operate with a cost optimisation mentality.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, lessons learnt and assertiveness & look to learn from

others.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in all talent-related matters, prioritising a positive Manager experience with a skills based hiring mindset.
  • Seek feedback from the stakeholder and look to incorporate it in enhancing the Talent Acquisitions process, ensuring a better partnership with the business. Performance Metrics:
  • Work against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the talent acquisition process, such, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction, hiring manager satisfaction, diversity and as time-to-fill.
  • Analyse and use data to drive continuous improvement in the hiring process to make it more efficient and effective.

Employer Branding:

  • Make use of social media and other channels to promote job openings and company culture. Market Research:
  • Be seeking to stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Be actively leveraging market research to identify innovative strategies and tools for sourcing candidates and to adjust the recruitment strategy.

Main Required Competences

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology

or other relevant fields Desirable:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other relevant fields

Experience

Mandatory:

  • Some know-how and understanding of Talent Acquisition;

preferably some experience as intern or full time in-house, RPO, or in an agency setting, with a strong drive to learn.

  • Experience with a project mindset, working against milestones and deadlines and resource management Desirable:
  • At least 6 months hands-on recruitment experience

  • Working understanding of Social Media (LinkedIn: LinkedIn Recruiter), Customer Relationship Management and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Good coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Good time management & organizational ability.
  • Relationship Management: ability to build relationship across various levels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Can-do attitude and strong customer orientation
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to adapt style and approach to fit the situation.
